Refund Policy

If you change your mind, all items can be returned within 30 days, starting the day after you received your order.

1. Return policy for damaged, wrong or non-functioning products

If you find the product in your order is damaged, wrong, or does not work, please contact us directly via email at [email protected].

In the above case, you will have 30 days to return these products and receive a refund or replacement. This period begins the day after you receive your order. This also includes items that are defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.

2. Package is lost

If at least 3 days have passed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service department via email at [email protected] and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) by courier service. If we are unable to track your package after 5 days of investigation, the package will be declared lost and you will receive a full refund or we will send a replacement if you so choose.

3. Refund process

Refunds will be initiated once your product is received back into our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as there may be delays in processing.
